Augie Merolle is particularly active in tax planning for closely-held corporations and individuals. Mr. Merolle's academic background includes a B.A. degree in Accounting and Mathematics from Jacksonville University with additional education in Computer Programming and Spanish. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and has more than twenty years of experience in public accounting.

Mr. Merolle's experience includes the following:

Mr. Merolle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Knights of Columbus, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, the YMCA and a volunteer leader with the Boy Scouts of America.

Mr. Merolle is a board member of the Arlington Council of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and the Arlington Branch YMCA. Mr. Merolle is a past board member of the Jax Columbian Federal Credit Union and past Finance Chairman of the Shawnee District in the North Florida Council of the Boys Scouts of America.
